Media repository

Upload and manage the images and videos your API Portal content links to. Copy a hosted URL to reuse a file across pages, articles, and documentation. The media repository is entitlement-gated.

The media repository is where you upload and manage the images and videos your API Portal content uses. You reach it under Content, Media Repository. Each file gets a hosted URL you copy and reuse across pages, articles, and documentation.

How do you upload an image or video?

Open Content, Media Repository and choose Add image or Add video. Pick the file to upload. When it finishes, it appears in the grid and is ready to use.

  1. Open Content, Media Repository.
  2. Choose Add image or Add video.
  3. Select the file to upload.
  4. Wait for the upload to finish. The file appears in the grid.

How do you reuse an uploaded file?

Open the file's row menu and choose Copy URL. The hosted URL is copied to your clipboard. Paste it into a portal page, article, or documentation page wherever you reference an image or video.

How do you find a file in the repository?

Use the filter pills above the grid and the display toggle beside them. The pills narrow the view by media type, and the toggle changes the layout. Click an image to open a full-size preview.
